Who is singing Over the Rainbow in the movie Face Off

I have been searching for the version of Over the Rainbow that is sung during a fight scene in the movie 'Face Off' (with John Travolta and Nicholas Cage'. Unfortunately the soundtrack doesn't list the song. It is sung by a woman, and is very beautiful and haunting. If anyone knows, please could you help me!!
